My story

I spent 20 years leading teams — in law firms, retail, FMCG, and architecture . Different industries, same question: how do you help good people become consistently great at leading and working together?

I saw it in others. I saw it in myself.

The training workshops were fine. The books made sense. But Monday morning always won. The insights faded, the habits never formed, and everyone went back to doing what they’d always done.

That gap - between knowing and doing - became the thing I couldn’t stop thinking about.

So I went looking for answers. I became an ICF-certified coach. I enrolled in the Master of Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Melbourne, where I’m studying the science of behaviour change, strengths-based leadership and team-work, organisational psychology, and how to apply the science in the real world.

Strengths as Habit is where all of that comes together. It’s built on a simple belief: the most effective development doesn’t teach you to be someone new. It helps leaders and teams do more of what they’re already good at — consistently, in the moments that count.
